A consult? Why bother?

It’s not easy being a small business owner.

I don’t know your life. But in mine I have to—

  • Stay on top of client work
  • Stay on top of marketing work to make sure more client work comes in
  • Stress about client work not coming in at the rate I would like
  • Manage a couple of kids’ needs
  • Check on the basketball news throughout the day (I am who I am)
  • Keep a household running
  • Try to keep up with my emotional, mental, and physical self-care
  • Support my community
  • All while maintaining what I hope are chill vibes

There’s no way I can do that and learn a new profession at the same time.
